Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with Dolbrook. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return process below.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Proof: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Authorization: You must contact support@dolbrook.com to request a return before shipping. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs; we do not provide prepaid return labels.
2. Restocking Fees (15%)
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if the return meets general eligibility but falls under the following categories:
- Buyer’s Remorse: Returns due to wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.
- Condition Issues: The item is returned without original packaging/tags, or shows signs of use/wear.
- Special Items: The item was a custom, special-order, or personalized product.
- Late Returns: The return is accepted after the standard 30-day window.
This fee covers the costs of inspection, repackaging, and restocking the inventory.
3. Waived Restocking Fees
No restocking fee will be applied if:
- The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
- The return was pre-approved by our support team specifically without restocking conditions.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Perishable, hazardous, or flammable materials
5. Refunds
If customers are unhappy with their order, they are entitled to a refund, provided they contact us directly to initiate a return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your approval status.
- Timeline: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Processing: Please note your bank may require additional time to post the funds.

6. European Union Customers
If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
